Custom Framing requires a couple of consultations to communicate your needs and agree on a design before a final framing and shipping price can be determined and work can begin.
This can be accomplished via video chat, over a phone call, or email, which will be scheduled after purchase.
The price for framing that you paid for at checkout is like a deposit that will go towards the overall framing and shipping of your artwork.
Work begins once a design is approved and the full invoiced payment is received.
You can always opt-out of custom framing anytime and instead have your piece shipped to you unframed with your deposit returned or with a framing choice from the available options.
